It all began when chief founder, Dr. Gen Ijiri’s wife fell sick with Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Dr. Gen grew concerned that the products his wife was using as a part of her skin care regimen were not supporting her health as she underwent treatment for cancer. He was compelled to positively change the relationship between her skin health and her skin care regimen.
Dr. Gen Ijiri then joined hands with Biologist and Naturopath Albert Francois and Aesthetician Rosa Martina to establish Kanpeki. Inspired by a revolutionary approach in which beauty is inseparable from overall health, they took a step forward in making beauty care products with a natural and scientific philosophy.

Vision
Kanpeki’s founding was the direct result of a revolutionary discovery that sets the standard for antioxidant formulation. We design products to improve skin health and repair damage that causes specific skin conditions and visible signs of skin damage such as fine lines, wrinkles, laxity and hyper-pigmentation.
